  7.      MAM is shareware.  All rights are reserved.  You are free to copy or
  8.      distribute the program but not to sell it.  If you are a personal user you
  9.      may use the program for a free 30-day trial period, afterwards you are
  10.      required to register it or delete all your copies of the program.
  11.      Governmental, institutional or commercial users must register (site
  12.      licenses are available).  MAM may not be distributed together with any
  13.      other commercial software or product or without this documentation file
  14.      without the specific permission of the author.

  17.      REGISTRATION

  19.      Registration costs $20 (twenty US dollars) for personal users, when
  20.      used on one computer only.  Site licenses are $100 (one hundred US
  21.      dollars) and allow the unlimited copy and use of the program
  22.      throughout your company, organisation or government agency.   Note
  23.      that site licenses include only one copy of the program and
  24.      documentation.  Special licenses will be granted to schools and
  25.      universities (please contact me).

  27.      Registered users will receive a registered copy of the program and one
  28.      free upgrade of the software when it is updated. By registering you are
  29.      helping me to keep up development with MAM in the ever changing
  30.      world of DOS memory management. In addition registered users will
  31.      receive support via CompuServe.  My CIS number is 76040,1420.   My
  32.      address for mail is P. O. Box 2217, Northcliff, 2115, South Africa  but
  33.      communication via mail is slow and I will soon have an address in the
  34.      USA.  Please send me messages via Compuserve if you can.

  37.      WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

  39.      Now for the (unfortunately necessary) legal stuff.  All warranties are
  40.      hereby disclaimed.  The author makes no warranties on the software
  41.      either express or implied.  The author is only liable to refund the
  42.      registration fee paid by you and no more.  In no event will the author
  43.      be liable for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages
  44.      of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance or use of the
  45.      software.  The author does not attest the software is error-free or that
  46.      the documentation is completely accurate.
